Landscapes

Whilst Susan is usually based in her studio, she will often find inspiration when out on tramping expeditions, walks or painting trips with her Dad, artist John Badcock. Whether it is the way the light falls on the mountain changing the colours or the majesty of the peaks in the South Island, Susan will capture that essence with her photography and then re-introduce colour in the traditional method for a unique and powerful artwork that will have the viewer questioning the process and the outcome.
